1) A brush out and removal of dead coat (excessive knots will be charged as a grooming appointment)
2) a shampoo and conditioning treatment
3) a rapid blow dry (we do not use drying cabinets)
4) a nail check and cut (if needed)
5) an ear clean
6) a spritz of canine perfume
